During the Gen Z protest in Pokhara, 30 people were injured. Among them, five sustained injuries from police gunfire. The injured are receiving treatment in various hospitals. On 8 September, Gen Z youth demonstrated not only against the shutdown of social media but also against corruption. Police responded with tear gas and baton charges during the protest.
