Police arrested Manil Kumar Yadav,42, of Bishnu Rural Municipality-3 on August 23 for the charge of attempting to rape a 39-year-old woman. According to the complaint filed at the District Police Office, Malangwa, on June 16, the accused had subjected the victim to mental torture, physically abused her, and attempted to rape her on May 27.
The health examination of the victim was done at Sarlahi District Hospital, Malangwa, on June 16.
