Police have arrested 22 years old Raj Thapa and 20 years old Chandra Bahadur Karki of Ishibu-6 on charge of raping 13 years old girl.
The victims party had lodged a complaint at District Police Office against the accused on January 12.
The victim underwent a health check up at District Hospital on January 13.
