A 17-year-old boy was arrested on 14 August for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl. The victim’s family filed a complaint at the District Police Office on 13 August stating that he raped the minor on the same day.
The victim underwent a medical examination at Prithivi Chandra District Hospital, Nawalparasi, on 13 August.
