Police arrested Keshavraj Gyawali, 42, of Khanchikot, Sandhikharka Municipality–7, on July 27 for the charge of sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl. The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on July 27 stating that the accused had sexually abused the girl on the same day.
The health examination of the girl was done on July 27 at Arghakhanchi Hospital, Sandhikharka.
