Police arrested a 17-year-old boy from Chisankhugadhi Rural Municipality–5 on the charge of raping a 23-year-old woman. According to Inspector Bijay Karki of the District Police Office, the incident allegedly took place on July 15, 2025. The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on July 16, and based on the complaint, the accused was arrested for investigation on July 17.
The victim underwent a medical examination at the District Hospital on July 16.

Police arrested Tankabahadur Bhujel, 32, of Chisankhugadhi Rural Municipality–4 on July 11 for the charge of raping a 28-year-old woman. According to Inspector Bijay Karki of the District Police Office, the aggrieved party filed a complaint on the same day, July 11, stating that the accused had raped the woman. Based on the complaint, the accused was arrested for investigation.
The victim underwent a medical examination at the District Hospital on July 11.
