Police arrested Imran Ali Mullah, 19 of Gallamandi, Siddharthanagar Municipality-6 on June 28 for the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl. It has been reported that the accused raped the victim on June 13, following which she filed a complaint at the District Police Office on June 28.
The health examination of the victim was done at the Bhim Hospital, Bhairahawa, on June 28.
