Police arrested Dul Bahadur Gurung, 31, of Lamjung Rural Municipality-3, Tunikharka on June 17 for raping a 14-year-old minor. The aggrieved party had filed a complaint on June 17 alleging that the accused had raped the girl on April 25, 2025. Gurung currently working at Sino Hydropower in Danakyu, Naso Rural Municipality-9, was arrested based on the complaint and an investigation has been initiated as per DSP Hariprasad Paudel of the District Police Office, Manang.
The health examination of the victim was done at the Provincial Hospital, Manang.
