Police arrested a 30-year-old man of Mahakulung Rural Municipality-2 on June 13 for raping a 16-year-old girl on February 3. The aggrieved party had filed a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office on June 13.
The health examination of the victim was done at the District Hospital on June 15.
The police have kept the accused’s identity confidential.
