Police arrested Binod Shahi,26 of Chaumunda Bindasaini Municipality–8, Dailekh on June 1 for the charge of raping a 21-year-old woman. The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on May 31, alleging that the accused called the woman near a stream close to her house and raped her on May 30.
The health examination of the woman was done at the District Hospital, Kalikot, on June 1.
