Police arrested 45-year-old man on May 17 for raping his 16-year-old niece. The aggrieved party filed a complaint against the accused at the Area Police Office, Kohalpur on April 27 alleging that he had repeatedly raped the victim and last time on April 26.
The health examination of the victim was done on April 27 at Bheri Hospital in Nepalgunj Since the victim’s financial condition was weak, INSEC provided financial assistance to help her access justice.
