Police arrested Giriraj Budathoki 75, of Tulsipur Sub-metropolitan City-17 on May 18 for raping a seven year old girl. The aggrieved party filed a complaint on May 17 at the Area Police Office, Tulsipur, stating that the accused raped the girl on May 17, as per Inspector Surya Rana of the Area Police Office, Tulsipur.
The health examination of the victim was done on May 17 at Rapti Provincial Hospital, Tulsipur.
