Police arrested Gagan Kami, 60, of Birendranagar Municipality-3, Panchakoshi Sangamtol on May 12 for raping a 10-year-old minor. DSP Mohan Jung Budhathoki of the District Police Office informed that the aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on May 10, stating that the accused had raped the girl on March 26.
The health examination of the victim was done on May 13 at the Provincial Hospital, Surkhet.
