Rishiram Baral, 57, from Pokhara Metropolitan City-17 committed suicide after killing his wife, Devi Parajuli, 37, on May 6. According to the Information Officer and DSP Haribahadur Basnet of the District Police Office, Baral killed his wife during a domestic dispute and later committed suicide. He stated that Baral had two wives and was living with the younger one as per the investigation.
The post mortem of the body was done on May 6 at the Gandaki Medical College Teaching Hospital.
