Police arrested a 50-year-old man on May 1 for the charge of raping his 16-year-old niece. According to DSP Umashankar Yadav of the District Police Office, the girl filed a complaint at the District Police Office on April 30, stating that the accused raped her on April 29.
The health examination of the victim was done on April 30 at the Chautara Hospital.
