Police arrested Budhiman Aangthupo,41, and Sajan Subba, 38 both of Phakphokthum Rural Municipality-4 on April 22 for raping a nine-year-old girl with disabilities.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office on April 21 alleging that they raped the victim on April 18, 2025. The accused were arrested for investigation based on the same complaint as stated by DSP Manbahadur Rai of the District Police Office.
The health examination of the victim was done at the District Hospital on April 21, 2025.
