Police arrested Gobinda Gurung, 26, of Naumule Rural Municipality-6, Salleri on April 23 for raping a 27-year-old woman with disability. The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office, Office on April 22 alleging that the accused raped the woman on the same day.
The health examination of the victim was done on April 22 at the Dailekh Hospital.
