Police arrested Bibek Khatri, 31, Vice-principal at Surya Awasiya Secondary School, Khadbari Municipality-1 for sexually abusing a 17-year-old girl. The aggrieved had party filed a complaint on April 20 alleging that Khatri called the girl through a message and subjected her to sexual abuse by threatening her. Subsequently, the District Police Office arrested the accused for investigation on the same day as per Inspector Ram Kumar Lamichane.
Khatri originally from Siddhikali, Chainpur Municipality-3, and currently staying at the school hostel in Khandbari Municipality-1, was arrested for investigation. The health examination of the victim was done at the District Hospital on April 20.
