District Police, Chitwan arrested Prem Rai, 21, of Madi Municipality-7 on April 20 for raping a 12-year-old minor.The aggrieved party filed a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office on April 20 alleging that he raped the child on April 19.
The health examination of the victim was done on April 20 at the Bharatpur Hospital.\
