Police arrested Dilbar Khan, 24, of Birgunj Metropolitan City-2, Parsa on April 14 for raping a 17-year-old girl.The aggrieved party had filed a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office on April 14 alleging that he raped the girl on April 12.
The accused was arrested from Sangam Chowk, Mechinagar Municipality-9 for investigation based on the complaint filed by the aggrieved party. The health examination of the aggrieved girl was done at Mechi Hospital, Bhadrapur on April 15.
