Police arrested Anil Rai,35, of Letang Municipality-2 on April 6 for raping a 14-year-old girl. The aggrieved party filed a complaint against the accused at the Area Police Office, Letang on April 6 alleging that he raped the girl on April 1. The police reported that the accused was arrested for investigation based on the complaint filed by the aggrieved party.
The health examination of the minor was done at the Madan Bhandari Trauma Center, Urlabari, on April 7.
