A complaint was filed against 21-year-old Govinda Yadav and 56-year-old Bhulke Ahir of Shivaraj Municipality-2, Mauja Harhatti at the Ward Police Office, Chandrauta, on February 17. They have been accused of abducting, holding a 20-year-old woman hostage and raping her on January 4. Police are investigating the case.
The health examination of the victim was done on February 16 at the Kapilvastu Hospital, Taulihawa.
