Police arrested 22-year-old Harka Bahadur Pun Magar of Sunchahari Rural Municipality-4, Siuri on 26 December for raping a 13-year-old minor. A complaint was filed at the Police Office Kuleli on 26 December alleging that the accused had raped the victim on 25 December.
The health examination of the victim was done on 26 December at District Hospital, Reugha.
