Police arrested 25-year-old Gyanendra Ranamagar of Naubahini rural municipality-1 on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl on December 24.
Aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on December 24, stating that the accused had raped the victim on December 24.
The health examination of the victim was done on 9 December at District Hospital, Bijuwar.
