Police arrested 19-year-old Chandra Bahadur Pariyar of Simta rural municipality-4 of Surkhet district on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl on December 14.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint on December 14 at the Area Police Office, Devasthal, stating that the accused had raped the victim on December 13.
The health examination of the victim was done on December 14 at the district hospital.
