Police arrested 19-year-old Bishnu BK of Ghorahi Sub-metropolitan City-19 on November 23 for the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on 15 November alleging that the accused raped the victim on November 14. The health examination of the victim was done on 15 November at the Rapti Academy of Health and Science, Ghorahi.
