A complaint against Bibek Yadav, 38, also known as Sanjiv of Haripur Municipality-4 was field on October 21, 2024 at the Area Police Office, Haripur for the charge of attemptimg to rape a 34-year-old woman. The aggrieved party informed that that the accused had attempted to rape the victim on October 13, 2024.
Inspector Roman Raj Aryal of the Area Police Office Haripur informed that the accused Yadav has been absconding after the incident. The health examination of the victim was done on 21 October
