Police arrested 20-year-old Santaram Tharu of Barbardiya Municipality-6 on October 13, 2024, on charges of raping a 16-year-old minor.
The victim’s side filed a complaint at the Police Office, Motipur, on October 13, 2024, stating that the accused had raped the girl on October 12, 2024.
The victim underwent a medical examination on October 13, 2024, at the District Hospital.
