District Police Office arrested 21-year-old Roshan Kumar Sah of Jaleshwar Municipality-1 on October 7 by District Police Office Mahottari on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl. The victim filed a complaint at the District Police Office, Mahottari on 5 october , stating that the accused had raped the victim while she was sitting alone at home on October 8. Police registered the complaint on 7 October .
DSP Santhulal Jaiswar stated that the health examination of the victim was done on 5 October at the Provincial Hospital Jaleshwar.
