A complaint was filed against 23-year-old Dinesh Shah of Ganeshman Charnath Municipality-10 Dumariya at the Dumaria Police Station on October 9 for the charge of sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl. The aggrieved party alleged that the accused sexually abused the victim at 8 o’clock in the night on October 8 when she was going to watch Jhijiya in the same Rural Municipality.
The accused was arrested on 9 October and further investigation is being carried out as per Surendra Shah of Dumariya Police Station.
The health examination of the victim was done on October 9 at the Provincial Hospital Janakpurdham.
