Police arrested 17-year-old juvenile on 11 September for raping a 16-year-old minor on 10 September. The aggrieved party filed a case against the boy on 11September at the Area Police Office, Butwal alleging that he raped the victim on 10 September.DSP Bijayaraj Pandey of the Area Police Office informed INSEC that the boy was arrested based on the same complaint and further investigation is going on.
The health examination of the victim was done on 10 September at the Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Butwal.
