Police arrested 41-year-old Nabin Rai of Aiselukharka Rural Municipality-2 for the crime of raping a 74-year-old woman. The aggrieved party filed a complaint against the accused alleging that the District Police Office on 30 August alleging that the accused had raped the victim on 26 August.

The health examination of the victim was done on 30 August at the District Hospital.
