Police arrested 39-year-old man on 27 August for the charge of raping his 16-year-old daughter.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint against the accused on 27 August at the Area Police Office , Lumbini alleging that the accused had raped the minor on 21 August. Inspector Kanchan Tamang of Area Police Office, Lumbini informed that the accused had been arrested on the basis of the same complaint and further investigation is going on.
The health examination of the victim was done on 27 August at Bhim Hospital, Bhairawa.
