Police Omprakash Chamar Harijan, 35 and 34-year-old Rupa Chamar Harijan from India on July 25 for the charge of trafficking a 15-year-old girl.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on July 25 alleging that the accused had sustained the victim girl to torture and trafficked her to India on July 24.
Inspector Bhim Bahadur Karki of the District Police Office informed INSEC that the accused were arrested based on the same complaint.
Inspector Karki added that the victim was rescued and handed over to her parents. The health examination of the victim was done on July 25 at Prithivi Chandra District Hospital.
