A complaint has been registered against Ramwali Chamar, 19, of Gaidhawa Rural Municipality-3, Sagarhawa, at the Area Police Office, Lumbini on July 25 charging him of sexually abusing a three-year-old boy. The aggrieved party in their complaint have alleged that the accused had sexually abused the victim on 20 July.
Inspector Kanchan Tamang of the Area Police Office, Lumbini, informed INSEC that the accused is currently absconding and further investigation is going on.
The health examination of the victim was done on 21 July at the Bhim Hospital, Bhairawa.
