Accused of Rape Arrested

 On July 11, 2024, police arrested 36-year-old Kismat Ghartimagar from Baniyabaar, Shivaraj Municipality-9, on charges of raping a 59-year-old woman.

The victim filed a complaint at the Ward Police Office on July 11, 2024, alleging that the accused had raped her on July 9, 2024. Based on this complaint, DSP Hari Bahadur informed INSEC that the accused was arrested and further investigation is underway.

The victim underwent a medical examination at Kapilbastu Hospital, Taulihawa, on July 11, 2024.
