The District Court sentenced a15-year-old boy to 12 years and 6 months imprisonment for raping a four-year-old girl. The following verdict was given by the single bench of District Court Judge Manoj KC on July 1.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at Area Police Office, Mirchaiya on November 8, alleging that the accused had raped the victim on the same day.
The Accused was arrested by the Area Police Office, Mirchaiya on November 8. Subsequently, he was sent for pre-trial detention by the order of the Court on December 3.
The health examination of the victim was done at District Hospital Siraha on November 8.
