Police arrested 36-year-old Poma Bahadur Raskoti of Padhini Rural Municipality-4, Geja on 24 June for the charge of raping a 12-year-old girl.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint against the accused on 24 June at the District Police Office stating that the accused had raped the victim on June 23. DSP Pratik Singh Rathore of District Police Office, informed INSEC that the accused has been arrested and the investigation is being carried out.
The health examination of the victim was done at Arghakhanchi Hospital, Sandhikharka on 24 June.
