Police arrested 36-year-old Brihaspati Pachabhaiyya of Ribdikot Rural Municipality-5, Nayatole on 10 June for the charge of raping a 16-year-old minor. A complaint by the aggrieved party was filed at the District Police Office on June 10 alleging that the accused had raped the victim on June 8.
DSP Sugandha Shrestha of District Police Office informed INSEC that the accused has been arrested and further investigation is going on.
The health examination of the victim was done on 10 June at the Palpa Hospital.
