A complaint was filed against 40-year-old Manoj Gupta of Chandrapur Municipality-6, Tallo Bajar on 1 June at the Area Police Office Chandranigahapur charging him of sexually abusing a 10-year-old minor.
Inspector Surendra Bartaula reported that the aggrieved party has alleged that the accused sexually abused the victim on June 1. Additionally, the police arrested the accused on the same day following the complaint.
The medical examination of the victim was done on 2 June at Chandrapur Hospital, Chandrapur.
