Differently able Laxmi Malla, 14 of Daha VDC-9 is deprived of getting social security allowance because of not getting disable identity card even after one year since she lodged the application.
The victim’s party has been accusing that she did not get the recommendation from chief Sita Thapa of women and children office because of normal dispute despite of getting recommendation from District Hospital of Kalikot.
However, chief Sita Thapa claimed that she did not get the card because the meeting of recommendation committee has not been held. Acting Chief District Officer and coordinator of disabled id card recommendation committee, Padam Lal Lamichhane said that the meeting has been held several times however Laxmi’s file has never been presented.
