The police arrested 27-year-old Prakash BK of Shuklagand Municipality-10 Khoradi on 27 January 2024 for the charge of raping a 46-year-old woman.
Ganesh Subedi, the In-charge of Belchautara Police Office, informed that the accused was arrested after the victim filed a complaint at Belchautara Police Office on January 27. The victim alleged that the accused had raped her on the same day.
The health examination of the victim woman was conducted at Damauli Hospital on 27 January.
