Police arrested 37-year-old Krishna Bahadur Tamang of Dhunibesi Municipality-7 on October 28, 2023 for the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the district police office on October 27, alleging that the accused raped the victim on the night of October 21 in Dhunibesi municipality-7.
The health examination of the victim was done on October 28 at Dhading Hospital.
DSP Santulal Prasad Jaiswar of the District Police Office informed INSEC that the accused was remanded for five days by the District Court on October 29, and the police have initiated their investigation.
