District Police Office Malangwa arrested 38-year-old Abdhes Kumar Yadav of Brahmapuri Rural Municipality-6 Nokailaba on the charge of attempt to rape of a 37-year-old woman on October 7.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint against the accused at the Malangwa District Police Office on October 1, alleging that the accused tried to rape the victim at the victim’s house on September 10.
Dipendra Panjiar Tharu, DSP of the District Police Office Malangwa informed that the accused was arrested on the basis of the complaint filed by the victim and the investigation process was extended by three days from the District Court on October 8.
Dr. Nawalkishor Jha informed that the health examination of the victim was done at Sarlahi District Hospital Malangwa on October 2.
