On August 19, the police arrested Karna Bahadur B.K, aged 53, of Madhuvan Municipality-1 Bahadurpur, on the accusation of raping a 24-year-old woman with a disability.
According to DSP Hikmat Bahadur Bohra, the victim filed a complaint at the district police office on August 19, alleging that the accused had raped her on July 28.
The victim underwent a medical examination on August 19 at Bardia Hospital in Gularia. The investigation into the case is ongoing.
