Local Nayan Bahadur Shahi, while handed over a letter to Mayor Kamal Shahi. He complained that he has been transporting water in his own vehicle. Mayor Shahi, head of Khandachakra Municipality, said that he has been affected by the shortage of water. For the customers who come to the office daily in the headquarters, The Municipality office uses river water, transported on a truck. Hiramani Chaulagai of Khandachakra Municipality-1, Manmabazar said that the problem is chronic and has escalated due to a lack of regular maintenance of drinking resources. They complained that the municipality has not paid attention to address the issue.
