Police have arrested 22 years old Kumar Giri on November 27 on charge of intimidating his wife Sara Gyawali,20 of Chapahile VDC-1.
The victim was severely injured when his husband attacked her with a stone. The victim’s party had lodged a complaint at Area Police Office of Isma.
A seriously injured victim is undergoing treatment at Isma Rajashthal Health Post. She sustained a serious head injury in an attack.
The victim complained that she has been given a physical torture by her husband for a long time and she was living in her paternal home after she could not bear him anymore. She was beaten after she denied of returning back with him.
The police have immediately arrested the accused after the complaint was lodged against him. He is under the investigation according to ASI Chitra Bahadur Gharti of District Police Office.
