Police arrested Dil Wahadur Tamang, 49, Ajirkot Rural Municipality-4 Sirandada on April 8, 2023, on the charge of rape of a 16-year-old girl.
The victim’s relatives filed a verbal complaint and a written complaint on April 9, saying that the accused had raped the girl on April 8.
The health examination of the victim girl was conducted on April 9 at Gorkha Hospital.
A case against the accused on the charge of rape was registered in District Court Gorkha, on April 9, and the investigation is underway.
