The Sarlahi District Court has decided to adjourn the case against Bishnu Kumar Yadav, 42 of Kaudena Rural Municipality-2. A complaint was filed against the accused in the accusation of rape of a 37-year-old woman.
Registrar of the Court, Bishwonath Aryal informed that the decision to adjourn the case registered on 28 February 2022 was taken by the bench of District Judge Kapilmani Gautam.
Aggrieved party had filed a complaint at the District Police Office, Malangwa on 17 February 2022 stating that the accused raped the victim on 16 January. The district police office had registered a complaint on 20 February 2022.
Medical examination of the victim was conducted at District Hospital in Malangwa the same day.
As per the registrar Aryal, the accused hasn’t been arrested yet.
