Police has arrested Binod Tolang, 20, of Madi Municipality-5, in the charge rape of a 13-year-old girl.
Aggrieved party had filed a complaint at the area police office, Chainpur, on 16 March alleging that the accused raped the girl on 15 March.
Inspector of the District Police Office, Milan Basnet informed that the accused has been arrested for the further investigation based on the complaint filed.
Medical examination of the victim was conducted at Primary Health Centre, Chainpur, on 19 March, 2023.
